BUYER:
The person who shops on the website, places the order, and makes the payment (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller's website, whose characteristics and sales price are specified, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The type, quantity, sales price, and delivery details of the product are as specified in the order form. The Buyer is obliged to fulfill the payment via the chosen credit card or bank transfer (wire/EFT) method.
- 4.1. Principle of Integrity: The Buyer acknowledges that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics and price of the products on the website and have provided the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
- 4.2. Shipping and Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, products are delivered to the Buyer's address within the legal 30-day period starting from the order confirmation.
- 4.3. Damage Assessment Report (Critical Clause): The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If there is damage to the package (crushing, tearing, etc.), a Damage Assessment Report must be filed with the cargo officer. The Seller has no responsibility for returns or replacements for products damaged during transit if a report has not been filed.
- 5.1. Standard Products: The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.
- 5.2. Circumstances Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised (Customized Production): Pursuant to the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared in line with the Buyer's specific requests or personal needs (e.g., custom-sized wallpapers, paintings printed with images uploaded by the Buyer, etc.).
The Seller is responsible for delivering the products in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, free of defects, and in sound condition. For products with production defects, the Seller undertakes to provide a quick replacement or a full refund.
By confirming this agreement, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions herein.
