This form has been prepared to provide a quick review of the basic terms and your legal rights regarding the order you place through our website. By completing your order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
The type, quantity, and total sales price (including all taxes) of the products you ordered are presented for your approval on the payment page. This price includes shipping fees, if applicable.
- Your products will be delivered to the address specified in the order form, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If there is any damage (crushing, tearing, wetting) to the package, do not accept the product and request the courier to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı).
- Legally, returns or exchanges cannot be processed for shipping damages where a report has not been filed.
- Standard Products: You may return standard products (ready-made designs, etc.) within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.
- Customized Products (Non-Returnable): Products printed with images uploaded by you or wallpapers produced according to specific dimensions provided by you are considered "Products Prepared in Accordance with Personal Needs." Therefore, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
